Returns and exchanges

Before you begin, it is important that you review our Returns and Exchanges Policy .

We tell you the steps you must follow:

  1. To make a return, you can do so through the following link: Returns Center
  2. Once inside the Returns Center, you can access it by indicating your email or with your order details (number and postal code).
  3. Once you have logged in, select the products and your return process will begin.
  4. You will need to indicate the reason and select both the return method (deposit at the Post Office) and the refund method (to your original payment account).
  5. Once the return process is complete, you will be able to download the shipping label, which will also be sent to your email.

Once we have received the package and verified that everything is in order, we will proceed to issue the exchange or refund.

The process can take up to a week to complete. If you have any questions or would like to cancel an order, you can contact the Support team. If there are any issues, we will contact you.

If you have received an incorrect or defective item, you can open a ticket by contacting our Support team .

Once we have received your request, your case will be reviewed and we will make the change if appropriate.

You can change the size of the item if you wish, always keeping in mind that:

  • If we have sent the wrong size of the item, an exchange will be made and the shipping costs will be on us. To do so, you must contact our Support team and open a ticket.
  • If the size is correct and you decide to exchange it, it will be processed as a return and the customer will be responsible for paying the shipping costs. In this case, you must start the return process from the following link: Returns Center .

Orders and shipments

You can cancel your order as long as it has not yet been shipped. To do so, contact our Support team and open a ticket as soon as possible.

Please note that in the case of pre-purchase products, cancellations are not permitted after 14 days from purchase.

You will be able to know the status of your order once it has been prepared.

When you place an order, you receive a confirmation email, but it is not until it has been processed that you receive another email with the complete tracking of your order, from the time it leaves our facilities until delivery is complete.

Please note that if your order includes any product in Pre-Order format, all information regarding the shipping date will be included on the page.

We recommend that you register as a customer to be able to see the status of orders in your account.

Delivery times are indicated on the checkout page before making payment for your order.

They may vary depending on the destination and shipping method. Please note that these delivery times may be affected during periods of high demand, such as the release of new collections, Christmas or coinciding with national or local holidays.

As a general rule, order processing time ranges from 8 to 24 hours, although it may take up to 7 days during periods of high demand.

Please note that shipments are not made on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.

Products in Pre-Order format indicate their approximate shipping date on their product page.

First of all, please note that we will not be able to modify your order if it has already been prepared.

If you have detected an error when placing your order (you have chosen the wrong product, size, address, etc.) and you have not yet received the tracking email, contact our support team as soon as possible indicating your order number and the change you wish to make.

If you wish to change your address, please make sure you provide us with the complete and correct new address.

If you are having or have had problems with the delivery of an order, please contact our support team.

Shipping times may be affected during periods of high demand. If you have not received the tracking email after 7 business days from when you placed your order, please contact our support team .

If your order is a pre-order item, you can visit its product page to see the estimated shipping date.

If your order is subject to customs procedures, delivery may be delayed. If your order has been held in customs, you must contact the customs office corresponding to your location to provide the necessary documentation.

Please note that these orders include both international shipments and shipments to the Canary Islands, and may generate additional charges such as customs duties, which will be borne by the customer.

Other frequently asked questions

We issue the refund once the item has arrived back to our facilities. Once we do so, it may take up to 7-10 business days to be reflected in your account, depending on your bank.

If after those days you have not received your refund, please contact us through our contact form .

We cannot guarantee future stock of any product.

If you are interested in an item that is out of stock, you can visit us again at another time and check if the stock has been replenished.

You will receive a confirmation email when your order has been successfully placed.

Please check your spam folder if you haven't received it. In some situations it may take a few minutes.

If after two hours you still haven't received it, please contact our support team and tell us the full name under which the order was placed, the date and approximate time, and what it contained.

The size guide for a product is usually shown in the last photos of the product.
